New Release: The Dark Passenger OST
Posted 7th December 2011
Now that the film festival is done and the film has been premiered, Synoiz has decided to release his official soundtrack to the short horror film "The Dark Passenger" (written and directed by Lee Bibby) for free download from the Synoiz store.
The score is pretty minimal and was completed in a weekend after work on the film had only been finished a few days previous, the main inspiration for the style used in the film was the work by Akira Yamaoka on the game Silent Hill 2 and this soundtrack includes a full version of the credits track "You Don't Even Remember Me" since only about 40 seconds of it are heard in the actual film!
To download the free soundtrack for The Dark Passenger visit the official Synoiz store.
Shaun L'Orange releases "Il Adore" for World AIDS Day 2011
Posted 1st December 2011
This isn't really Synoiz news but we felt it was important enough to get a mention. Today is World AIDS day and to help raise awareness and hopefully persuade people to help out and donate their pennies to a very good cause, local singer and future Synoiz collaborator Shaun L'Orange has released a free track for download.
To listen to and download the free track, visit Shaun's SoundCloud account here.
The track is a one-take cover of "Il Adore" by Boy George and while it's a very sad song, there's a message of hope buried somewhere in it that only the continued funding and work of AIDS charities can uncover.
